I had an interview with a few people all at once so there was no awkward silence.

It was very thorough. You could see that the company was working to not only hire the right person but to find someone that represented the company's values.

Getting to meat the team and also the leaders whom I would be working with.

It depends on how you get filed from your initial DTL interviewer. Your experience would vary greatly. Mine was good, while others got shelved quickly with no second interview.

The interview lasted over an hour, which showed that interviewer was genuinely invested.
