Each site is different I mainly work by myself even though I am one of the newest members so I create my own culture

Some customers. All the good employees left for other storage companies. Other storage companies keep them double covered for safety reasons. ESS prefers to save payroll. Other companies also give breaks.
Work life balance and some holidays off
Open communication with a "credit union" culture. We are always looking to get the customer the best deal for them and not just out to make a sale.
