I am happy with the whole package but the one thing that I treasure the most is the pension. It shows that the company cares about the employees and it motivates me to work hard/smart and stay with this company long-term.

It is clear to me that leadership cares about employee development and focuses on promoting within the company. Lastly, my direct report who is an executive leader, is very supportive and a positive individual who cares for the people in his team.

My boss always smiles and encourages the team which in turn keeps us happy and motivated. Also, I love the different events that the company holds, it makes you feel inclusive and its nice to know that that the company wants their employees to have fun other than working hard.
