What's the work from home policy like at Fractal Analytics?
Its great! as long as we are able to deliver to our client needs - we are allowed to work from anywhere. Much of this also depends on client and manager needs however for the most part we have a nice work from home policy

Know the organization well. Be clear of a data science/consulting career choice if you are a fresher. Previous experience in solving key client problems are a great way to share experiences
