Need to have meetings. Work together as a team.
Need a director that knows what they are doing.
Stop flirting with the employees. One of the employees is always behind the directors desk.
Director does not have meetings, he never checks our work. Need a raise. Stop being greedy and give your employees a raise.
Nothing positive. New director is not any better than the last one, if anything this one is worse. He should not be telling other team members about their back ground checks.
