There was no appreciation. Just expected to work us to death

Pay what the hospital allocated to housekeeping and not hold it for management.

I am constantly cleaning up behind day shift. Cleaning leftovers from from breakfast during overnite shift! No one vacuums or mops and when I come in early I find housekeeping staff asleep in the conference room. When not asleep he's just pushing a garbage can that never gets filled or dumped.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was shown around and got to speak with someone currently in the role I applied for. I could hear there conference afterwards, and it was a little awkward.

Supervisors are too familiar with staff leading them to coddle unproductive staff. They seem more concerned with being liked than managing.

Director does not have meetings, he never checks our work. Need a raise. Stop being greedy and give your employees a raise.

Toxic management on every level. This company is the definition of a good old boys company. I was shunned for a couple weeks for taking a 4 day vacation.
