Talking open door policies, talking to us like grown ups, keeping staff, over working us. Not accepting doctir excuses when u have a kid with a disability. Or your own health. The one day a week off.

Train new employees better let them watch the right way do things not just throw them with people so them around explain things shouldnt have to wait 3 days to get a schdule if you work 3 days.
