There is always a sense of teamwork, always someone I can reach out to for direction

Direct manager will do whatever possible to help with daily tasks, schedule requests, and workload. Even if this means working extra hours, staying late, or missing meal breaks

The consistent and honest feedback that I receive about job performance.

Unorganized poor staffing attendant not equaly paid

They try to do their best to help compensate for the pay by helping us with gas to get there at times , but that's not enough . We need to make at least enough to be able to get there .

Talking open door policies, talking to us like grown ups, keeping staff, over working us. Not accepting doctir excuses when u have a kid with a disability. Or your own health. The one day a week off.

Communication, retention, and compensating hourly employees.

Train new employees better let them watch the right way do things not just throw them with people so them around explain things shouldnt have to wait 3 days to get a schdule if you work 3 days.

Follow up on the promises that was made when employees get hired.

Stop opening facilities and support the ones that are already open

They should be more transparent when we have concerns.

Be persistent in helping us if and when a facility closes.

Showing appreciation to those who are still working and keeping everything clean. I work hard daily and no real benefits.
