Director not only telling me about the supervisor position but letting me know that the company always looking for Assistant directors

To be more honest to people
Explain stuff dont make up stuff and explain benefits when you get a raise etc
The manager I was hired by was on his way out so I don't believe he really cared. Months later it was learned he had kept people on the payroll who were no longer employed by HHS.
More intense hireing process, not just fill out a few forms
Recruites need to become more knowledgeable on the positions that they are hiring for as well as canidates.
Process the info at a timely manner.
