Mine was great when i started

When it was done very confusing no direction very hectic

I loved everything about the process

Being able to talk face to face with director

How fast it went I was hired within 4 days

Director not only telling me about the supervisor position but letting me know that the company always looking for Assistant directors

Staff has been easy to talk to in regard to positions within the organization

When I was told I was hired

The staff is very friendly they made you feel welcomed

It was quick to the point

it was prompt and scheduled on a timely manner. No confusion on when it was to happen. Some interviews tend to drag.

To be more honest to people

Explain stuff dont make up stuff and explain benefits when you get a raise etc

The manager I was hired by was on his way out so I don't believe he really cared. Months later it was learned he had kept people on the payroll who were no longer employed by HHS.

More intense hireing process, not just fill out a few forms

Recruites need to become more knowledgeable on the positions that they are hiring for as well as canidates.

Process the info at a timely manner.

It was ok slow process

Talk about more what they would be doing

Need a director that knows what they are doing.
