Recently changed managers, too soon to tell.
Managers who are not afraid to manage.
They need to do their jobs. If everyone pulled their own weight it would be a breeze and more satisfying work.
Supervisors are too familiar with staff leading them to coddle unproductive staff. They seem more concerned with being liked than managing.
I am constantly cleaning up behind day shift. Cleaning leftovers from from breakfast during overnite shift! No one vacuums or mops and when I come in early I find housekeeping staff asleep in the conference room. When not asleep he's just pushing a garbage can that never gets filled or dumped.
