I feel like we could have a higher base salary.

Minimal commission being paid out before certain tiers are hit.

I do not feel undervalued by any means. I did not negotiate my salary well enough and ultimately that is on me.

The common sentiment is that unless you're making the company millions, you're considered worthless. This mindset makes it difficult to feel valued for the contributions made, no matter how significant. A fair paycheck, promised benefits like a 401k, and regular acknowledgment would help.

I am making much less than the industry standard coupled with my experience level.

Being around great people who want to win

No matter how hard you work, something is always found lacking. Unrealistic expectations, constant negative reinforcement, and a lack of empathy create a stressful environment where job security feels uncertain. The way people talk about each other only adds to this.

Lack of trust in the ability of the Sales team and future sales team. Think there needs to be an evaluation of who's leading them and potentially bring in outside help.
