I joined shortly after the 2017 Tubbs Fire in Santa Rosa, CA. Hearing about what the company had done for its employees, within hours after the emergency began, flabbergasted me. Primarily, the people with whom I work. My managers and colleagues. Secondarily, the satisfaction I take in knowing that I work for a great company.

At other companies for which I worked I loathed meetings. 90% were an utter waste of time and energy. At Keysight, meetings are effective; generally remain on topic (participants are disciplined); people walk away with better understanding, alignment or assignment.

I have worked for many different companies in my 40+ year career - startups, entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 & Fortune 100s. NEVER before joining Keysight had I found a Management team as invested in its employees as Keysight's. They embody "Servant Leadership" in all that they do & the examples they set
