What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stocks Stocks stocks stocks stocks
Long term stock compensation but it is tied to financial results.
Medical Subscription (which is thing that remained from the former company which got acquired by Keysight. They struck a great deal at the time).
Vacation and FTO being available.
Not at the base level and bery competitive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher RSUs to align with the other bay area companies.
More money and appreciation shown
Closer to market pay would be good
I worked there for 5 years. without having a promotion. Only Technically they promoted, but not increase the band or level.
Job scoping/leveling is off by 1, which impacts your salary range. Job is demanding and managers don't like to pay mid-point. They make you feel undeserving if you ask to be paid competitively.

Everyone is wiling to put in the nessesary work needed to complete each project
They try to have a good work life balance and encourage diversity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
look for opportunities to enable and empower employees to take calculated risks when trying creative ways to develop business. Looks for ways to help foster this mindset, by removing the roadblocks that short circuit creativity. Establish that the status quo is not acceptable.
