My Manager and Leadership team are supportive leaders, coaches, mentors and they empower me to make the right decisions for the organization and our customers.

They prepare for all possibilities. Although this could not be predicted, the team immediately took action to safeguard it's employees. Even before most government officials did. They found a way to still get the job done while keeping the employees priority one.

They have consistently showed compassion and support for employees. Despite the challenges (fires, 2020, etc) the top priority has always been the health and safety of its employees and their actions demonstrate their commitment to this priority.

In all the years that I've been with Keysight, not once have I ever had a question about when my paycheck would deposit, and never questioned the accuracy of my compensation. I can't say this has been my experience at other companies outside of Keysight.
