bad managers - we seem to rotate managers in and out every three years , this results in a lack of continuity and anyone being responsible for the job. I blame the company's ceo andy lansing for the mess that is being caused and levy will in all likely begin to lose contracts at various venues.

they have no interpersonal skills , they would rather write you up for a small infraction of negligible consequence that address the situation , they are more concerned about their yearly bonuses and do what they can to attain them , such as cutting and overworking staff personnel.

the management of the company is horrible , just to get something fixed - like a cabinet door - takes months before they get to it. They penny pinch to appear to cut down on there costs. our purchasing department makes to many mistakes and is still rewarded because they kept their cost low.
