Ehhh depends in who your direct supervisor is, and if you are lucky enough to work at high volume. If its a slow restaurant amd you are a manager, yoy get less managers, make no money have less labor and work 70 plus hours. And no bonus
Quality of the food each visit
it can be busy, the money is good, and the community is even better.
