Customer Service, cleanliness of bathrooms, consistency in food quality. I have been going to Longhorn for 35 years.
Cleanliness especially on the floors, bathrooms & entrance to kitchen.
We received a bad experience by the manager Shelby we ordered a medium rate Longotn steak (22oz) whej we receivrd the steak it wsd snall & not cooked in the order we asked when the manager came over she said its norhing she can or will do about it that the steak look fine to her
