The team is like a family, and we are all top notch in the work we do. So they're fun and connected, but also can buckle down and produce quality results together.
Their transparency is the best. They are open and honest and so positive and constructive. They also teach us a lot about business and help us understand their perspective and how decisions get made.
I liked how personable the interviewers were. I also liked having a (paid) trial project, so I could see an example of how we would work together, and was not expected to do it pro bono.
I feel like some of our work really has a great impact, not just for clients, but their audience, like making important services more accessible for citizens that need them. That feels so satisfying. Plus our retreats and calls are hella fun too :)
