What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are consistently seeking ways to improve and better the company. The company is in great hands.
The leadership team is very open -- it doesn't feel like a top-down company. Rather than employees feeling like resources that leadership wrings labor out of, the dynamic feels more like the leadership team's primary purpose is to support the rest of the team to enable them to do their best work.
Leadership is continually responsive to the needs of the group and I have every trust that they will help us navigate through the next phase of growth at the company.

I love that our leadership team genuinely thinks of us as human beings instead of just "resources". They care about us as people, and treat us that way. We're given a lot of freedom, trust, and compassion as employees, and intentionally honoring that is a very intentional thing on their part.
