What are some of the best things about your team?
Lullabot company culture is like no other. Considering that we're a distributed company, we're extremely close-knit. We visit each other's homes, celebrate life's triumphs and mourn losses together, and are actively in each other's lives outside of just a work capacity.
You will not find a more competent, professional, kind group of people.
Things get done. You wake up one day and someone has done something that makes your work easier to do.
As a remote company, we have had to learn how to communicate effectively, I think even more so than in an in-person company. The mechanisms we have are working well and we continue to evolve to meet the changing needs. Post-COVID-19 and beyond, I'm confident in the leadership team & my coworkers.

The team is like a family, and we are all top notch in the work we do. So they're fun and connected, but also can buckle down and produce quality results together.

Our team is very harmonious. Management has done a good job of choosing people who mesh well together, and the people I work with are people I enjoy going on retreats with and building sites with. I learn a lot from my colleagues, as we're encouraged to collaborate and exchange ideas freely.
