I liked how personable the interviewers were. I also liked having a (paid) trial project, so I could see an example of how we would work together, and was not expected to do it pro bono.
There was one person who was in all the calls. Good for consistency and safety.

The fact that multiple interviews with multiple people concurrently were scheduled. That there was plenty of time given to human interaction that wasn't entirely work-related.

The conversational style that didn't seem like the typical interview where the interviewer pops off questions and clearly doesn't listen, but takes notes and checks boxes. Also that they actually read my resume and showed they cared about me whether or not I got the job.
While there were technical questions to test my knowledge, it never felt like they put unnecessary pressure on me. I felt respected and the conversations felt genuine. Everyone I talked to was super friendly!

We laughed the whole time! The people I interviewed with were engaging, funny, and sincere. I didn't feel like I was being grilled, I felt like we were just having a fun conversation about our field to see where our expectations aligned with each other.
