What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The prevailing spirit of Lullabot is kindness. Leadership is exceptionally empathetic and truly considers the impact of their actions on the people who work there. No one brings a business facade to work - we're just ourselves and we're friends.
Our company values are listed online, we use these to help guide our work, our client interactions, and how we treat each other.
People are transparent and don't hide their vulnerability.

Working the right amount. Not overdoing it, constantly trying to do the right amount to keep the client sufficiently happy
