It was an agency. Agencies are like all things, there's good and bad. It's terrible for an Agency...The sales piece wasn't for me but as neither was wondering what my income would be for some that's a total rush! I think it's just a matter of preference.

I think the benefits could be better and I don't think 6 months is enough of ramp to learn for most new recruiters. I did well but I had a lot of connections.
