We all have a lot of fun together, the outgoings and sponsored stuff modis does is really nice and always a good time

Teamwork, casual dress code, footballs, shuffleboard, gym reimbursement, activity programs, small competitions and prizes, culture club.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

To listen to all staff and put contigencies in place when things go wrong on a project instead of blaming ill informed contractors
