Lot of drama - zero independence. Metrics for metrics sake; there is no work like balance or flexibility, and commissions are not competitive (neither is base). Benefits are reasonable but you will have stress beyond your imagination. Questionable ethics for sure.

Compensation versus hours worked is not competitive. 80% of compensation is commission, which would be fine if there weren't a constant stream of zero-commission roles you are forced to work to "break into business" at your expense.
