What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a work hard play hard environment. We always are always going to work hard but we are such a close knit group and are always keeping each other laughing and smiling. That is one of the most important things about a positive work environment.

Mondo is the definition of work hard play hard! You may work long hours every so often, but you will reap the benefits. Also, our culture is like one big family. We go thru ups and downs, but we're in it together!

The relaxed vibe is definitely a great plus of our culture. No serious dress code which is nice and the average age definitely falls into the millennial category (18 to 35). Everyone is friendly and we do weekly happy hours at the local bar.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Ground up leadership change. Understanding of how businesses work and negotiate. Long term vs short term vision. People over profits... I could go on.
Hire executive leadership that actually has experience managing people and growing organizations. Mondo's leadership is too junior and has no idea what they are doing.
Empathy. Work-life balance. Consideration. Collaboration. Diversity and inclusion. You think you're doing all of the above, but you're not.
