Work hard, and work harder culture. Each day is an opportunity to do better than the day before, and they make sure you know that.
Lot of drama - zero independence. Metrics for metrics sake; there is no work like balance or flexibility, and commissions are not competitive (neither is base). Benefits are reasonable but you will have stress beyond your imagination. Questionable ethics for sure.

Base is decent but commission is uncapped. If you work hard you can make A LOT of money here!
What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at Mondo? How many hours are you working?
It's definitely work hard play hard. Some days you may work long hours, but for as hard as you work, you are definitely rewarded. Commission is uncapped so that's a huge motivator.

Mondo has made major strides over the last year to improve leadership style and direction. The company now has a clear vision, streamlined and consistent process across all offices, and a ton of transparency on expectations.

Not diverse at all.

That the company is always willing to go with the lowest salary in exchange for a lower skill set. Internal employees are generally woefully inadequate - Mondo offers inflated job titles instead of pay raises.

Once a year. Basically just to offset inflation

It's definitely turned into small groups of friends in offices. Offices are distinct from one another.

They do not have much faith in him. Due to the relatively small size of our company he should be far more involved and familiar the workers than he currently is.

For a typical worker, it can be okay. For managers, no existent.

Those are well thought out. Unfortunately, you end up doing the job you're promoted to for months without pay or title until you get it.

Unlimited but like all policies like this, ends up being very limited.
