Work hard, and work harder culture. Each day is an opportunity to do better than the day before, and they make sure you know that.

Lot of drama - zero independence. Metrics for metrics sake; there is no work like balance or flexibility, and commissions are not competitive (neither is base). Benefits are reasonable but you will have stress beyond your imagination. Questionable ethics for sure.

  • It's definitely work hard play hard. Some days you may work long hours, but for as hard as you work, you are definitely rewarded. Commission is uncapped so that's a huge motivator.

  • That the company is always willing to go with the lowest salary in exchange for a lower skill set. Internal employees are generally woefully inadequate - Mondo offers inflated job titles instead of pay raises.
