Elitist. Not very humble. Sense of entitlement and caters very much to young millennials narcissism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at MuleSoft?
Variable compensation for sales is a joke. No one is making their numbers, therefore very few are making any money.
