They are competent and value the growth of the individual contributors

They truly care about every employee it's so rare to see. The CEO does regular skip-levels to meet with people on the front line 1:1 and see how they're doing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay seems to be fair
Stocks bonuses salary wellbeing benefits
Base pay good for tier2 city
excellent equity plan. annual bonus that's measured solely on your own performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
everything is good under the ground level
Variable compensation for sales is a joke. No one is making their numbers, therefore very few are making any money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has great collaboration and is kind.
