The interview process was fine. It was a non-clinical supervisor and a nurse.
My team makes my environment positive. All we want to do is provide great care to our patients.
Communication is terrible. Leadership changes ALL. THE. TIME. They can't retain leadership which is a problem. No one in upper leadership stays more than 6 months.
I feel undervalued and replaceable. I have the MOST seniority of anyone else in my department and I am pretty sure my "leadership" (which is interim- like all leadership) would be happier if I left the organization than address my concerns.
