Well the most positibe thing is the director. I can see he is trying but the heirachy structure and the web the company creates is a navigational nightmare. Too much dragging of feet when it comes to the staff getting treated right (pay)
I feel undervalued because the wage were making for a multinational corporation is beyond deplorable and would make guests sick to the core in the knowledge that the work being put in is the same as across the ncl brand but still no knowledge of a real significant change in policy and benefits
