What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to listen to the common man more than often and stop act as if though we dont exist appreciation shows by aknowledgment.
Tell the staff if there is a problem with a ship. We feel like idiot's hearing it from the customers. Let us know about deals before customers!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance and thr stock plan

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay for the position. Better medical insurance.

I feel undervalued because the wage were making for a multinational corporation is beyond deplorable and would make guests sick to the core in the knowledge that the work being put in is the same as across the ncl brand but still no knowledge of a real significant change in policy and benefits
living in two places might tear me in two , as people tend to hurt me when i am not home . Goes for Tax authories , biltilsynet mm.

Well the most positibe thing is the director. I can see he is trying but the heirachy structure and the web the company creates is a navigational nightmare. Too much dragging of feet when it comes to the staff getting treated right (pay)

It involved management individuals from different levels
Done via video recordings uploaded for review, not face to face.
seamless and easy to get along with interviewers
That's the problem they make you think it's the greatest thing in the world and it's not. It's a whole big lie.

Meeting and working with new people everyday and going to beautiful places

The fact that the company is very vibrant and willing to use chanels for one to excell and change to adopt
