Well the most positibe thing is the director. I can see he is trying but the heirachy structure and the web the company creates is a navigational nightmare. Too much dragging of feet when it comes to the staff getting treated right (pay)

My company is encouraging a diverse culture recruiting staff from over 56 diverent coultures and created a work environement based on respect, tolerance and respect
