What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Work like educated leaders and not self-absorbed cement walls. Don't hide in your office when things go wrong. Show support to your employees instead of harassing them mentally and sexually.

The leadership needs to listen to the common man more than often and stop act as if though we dont exist appreciation shows by aknowledgment.
Tell the staff if there is a problem with a ship. We feel like idiot's hearing it from the customers. Let us know about deals before customers!
