Uneventful in the grand scheme, yet chaotic day to day in terms of the programs/processes we use. I do like the shift to hybrid, I have a long commute. The people I work with daily are great, and we have done well with going hybrid.

They will take actions that indicate they heard about problems, e.g. they came to see printer/copiers that kept having problems.

We can commiserate about the ridiculousness of the CSS, offer advice or assist with issues. They will train you on a new state's procedures.

I like the monthly awards, even if they are kind of hokey, and the treats (like ice cream) for meeting goals. I have worked in other places that did not provide recognition for anything, this is a nice change.

I like having some challenges at work, and I do not have those anymore. I also dread the nonsense that is sure to arrive as order management alerts, or emails that do not provide necessary information, blame OM for problems caused by incomplete work in other divisions.

I write emails to client success that get copied and sent to clients, but I do not get credit for the clear communication, not even recognition as the writer. Instead, CSS gets recognition and money for using my writing. And when CSS needs to communicate with OM, they are vague or even wrong
