My pay is the same rate as it was with a previous company over a decade ago. I have more knowledge and expertise than I did back then but the same pay. The cost of living has increased significantly but the pay has not. In my time here I have seen my rent increase by 30% and groceries by over 10%.

There are no special benefits and no incentives for those who have long-standing tenure with the company. I do not qualify for perk spots either. While it is a nice bonus to pick a prize once every two or so years, this is not a great incentive to acknowledge and reward longevity on an annual basis.

Not getting paid enough money
The cost of living has gone up tremendously so an increase would be good, dept bonus/perk, Christmas Bonus, or paid garage parking or perks given to help reduce the cost some.

I feel that a wage alignment is needed. Inflation was over 8% this last year and no wage alignments have been made. When we asked about this the exec team advised that they would be raising prices for client to try and accommodate this. However, no updates have been given to the company since then.
