There is more communication now than ever before. There is still more that I want and need from them but all steps in the right direction from the level of communication that is being put forth. I like the level of aggressive improvements to certain business units. Growth rate is of concern.

I dont feel that there are any good parts about my compensation package. The only good part is the fair salary but the hours I work water down the salary I am given.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With inflation rising more than ever I just feel like we need to be compensated to combat the rising prices of all goods.

I feel as though overall the company should be paying on a higher bracket. I also feel as though reviews and raises should be more often and more significant.

Receiving a wage based on my work / worth not "market value". Also being paid fairly compared to others.

I think a raise would make me feel more valued especially for the position that I am in with the company. I think this assessing my duties and the level of effort I put in I should get $25/hr.

The team I manage, the level of communication between each of them and the want to do their job well is what I enjoy most about the team. In regards to who is on the same level as me and I work alongside is good too. Who I report to and the amount of feedback I get on how to do my job is scarce.

The most positive about the culture in my department is that everyone cares about each other and are always willing to help.

I can only speak to my department. I do not have any other feedback from other departments. The culture is positive. The environment is still high stress and low reward. The hope is this balances out especially for the newer tenured persons. The older are burnt out but the staff is enjoyable.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
High stress, low reward. Beyond the base salary there is not much incentive to be a better employee through training or workshops. There are no clear objectives to work to or improve on other than do better. The hope of it improving is good but wont last without deep, core culture changes.
