Sporadic and at times feels like a lot micromanagement. Constantly changing message and management, means that the executive team doesn't always provide feedback other than trying to embarrass people on forecast calls.

Know the sales cycles of government and have a lot of experience with enterprise sales at all levels of government, especially large and state governments.
