Worse management I've dealt with. You can get more work and responsibilities with a smile than performance. You can work with people 100% not qualified for the job and find out they are friends of the boss.
This company is so good. Here's a balance with freedom to work at your own pace but they will encourage you to reach a certain attainable targets that will keep you excited. The managers are not toxic. Everyone are proffesional.

I was hired in with the impression I’d be able to work from home whenever to need arose without a hassle - that is not the case. Tyler “highly frowns upon” working from home. I was “told on” for working from home my 3rd week and haven’t done it since then.
Tyler Technologies is very flexible and open to working from home as needed. Many employees begin working at the office and move, but choose to continue working for Tyler Technologies in a work from home capacity. It's a wonderful policy for talent retention.

Add more team events, increase flexibility for employees and make sure it’s enforced across all sectors of the company.
