I was hired in with the impression I’d be able to work from home whenever to need arose without a hassle - that is not the case. Tyler “highly frowns upon” working from home. I was “told on” for working from home my 3rd week and haven’t done it since then.
Tyler Technologies is very flexible and open to working from home as needed. Many employees begin working at the office and move, but choose to continue working for Tyler Technologies in a work from home capacity. It's a wonderful policy for talent retention.

Add more team events, increase flexibility for employees and make sure it’s enforced across all sectors of the company.

HR communications are not handled appropriately. Many times managers and directors will have feedback for individuals but not supply it directly to them - this creates problems with trust and transparency.
