They are kind and authentic.
The inclusion and the desire to invest in your success
The leadership team encourages participation and communication in meetings, sharing experiences and suggestions that can be included in the development of Tyler's growth and success as a company both internally and externally.
The leadership is always looking to innovate and acquire new technologies to better serve the public sector.
Transparency - when a decision is made, a follow up call (with an opportunity to ask questions) often quickly follows.

Lead. The have processes but they don't enforce them. People don't communicate with the team, but with personal favorite people and the rest of the team is clueless.
Tyler Technologies needs to get better at breaking down communication barriers between the divisions if we are to truly integrate our products together "from dispatch to disposition". Currently it feels like every team is in its own silo.
Benefits provided by the company
The best part of my compensation plan is the opportunity to earn a bounus.
pto carry over 40 hours
The best part is the salary
Employee stock purchase program and RSU grants.
Better stock options; benefit package needs to be re-evaluated.
They hired people at market value but don't keep it up with the raise (same amount each year). They use old technology so the ability to get a new job is hard - as nobody has the current needs on the resume. They basically have your over a barrel after you been here for any length of time.
A raise and increased vacation

The individuals on the team, that are always willing to help.
My team is highly skilled and they communicate very well.
They're great to work with on both a personal and professional level.
Review from HR Dept
everyone gets along to achieve common goals
Eveyone is willing to help
Stay on topic in meetings. Communicate changes with entire team. When questions are ask don't get upset if its something you think it should be known - people just stop asking questions.
Friendly, responsive people with integrity
People genuinely care about you as a person.
Review from HR Dept
The way people interract with each other
Leadership is supportive and concerned for employee wellness.
Friendly and supportive working environment
Review from Engineering Dept
Promote more comradory, trust and friendship amongst the team.
Stiff, boring and unengaged. There's not enough going on to break up the day or energize employees. Very old school work 8-430 and clock our environment.
one and done interview and minimal tech questions
The technical interview is legit
Thorough interview process included peers and management.
Transparent and quick interview process
Review from Engineering Dept
The communication for my recruiter and the personal touches throughout the interview process.
Review from HR Dept
They lied about the job. Interview as fine. But they made a lot of claims that were false.
The people and the strong culture
nature of the work interests me
The way i can work peacefully
Finishing a successful project on time.
Challenging projects and wonderful co-workers
Review from Engineering Dept
Tyler Tech operates in a very old school manner. Feature factory that just pushes out bloated products with billions of unused features. Employees are blah and there isn't a community feel within the company or working on a team - you're a cog in a machine.
That we're doing something good for the world
Review from Engineering Dept
We should have a better benefits package
