What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Reevaluate the culture you’ve built. Invest in diversifying your teams, hold managers accountable for their conduct, and implement meaningful inclusion and bias training not just surface-level effort
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It has good coverage for most providers.
Health, dental, and vision are decent.
Good insurance and unlimited vacation
It is not worth the level of stress and lack of respect for the people who actually bother to get things done.
Competitive base salary coupled with great commission earnings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They admittedly pay market averages.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is collaborative and supportive of each other. They're willing to try to improve processes and test out new things.

We often brainstorm and come up with new approaches or share road blocks so that we can collectively learn.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Simply be professional and helpful
So many all-staff meetings that always update on "new direction management is heading," which is different every month.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have the most amazing shout out culture to recognize good work for our employees!
The team is actively looking for ways to set each other up for success, despite how fast-moving and dynamic the company is.
Assumption of positive intent, inclusivity, and the energy and engagement from execs down on real business issues. Also can't undersell how we have fun amidst working really fast and hard.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The entire team from the recruiters to the schedulers were great.
Each of my interviews felt like a very natural conversation. I was able to interview my interviewers as well.

The consistent follow up from the recruiter working with me. And having the opportunity to meet the different individuals I'd be working with.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They have receuiters target applicants and invite them to apply, the make them go through 6 rounds of interviews, then fire or layoff like, 1/4 of those people.
I would suggest having 1-2 less interviews, or more combined interviews.
