The entire team from the recruiters to the schedulers were great.

Each of my interviews felt like a very natural conversation. I was able to interview my interviewers as well.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

They have receuiters target applicants and invite them to apply, the make them go through 6 rounds of interviews, then fire or layoff like, 1/4 of those people.

I would suggest having 1-2 less interviews, or more combined interviews.
