Incredibly quick from first call to onsite, but a long day with 5+ in-person interviews. It was thorough, and I felt like we all knew what we were going to get by me joining the team.

Despite the fact that we all report to someone, we collectively value each others' respective expertise. I've always felt that leadership has encouraged my participation in building processes, and values my influence. Expectations are clear and respect is felt.

I enjoy the opportunity, and trust, with taking point on many different moving parts; it's busy, and I travel, but I welcome any opportunities to see our efforts in motion. I'm happy here because I feel valued and respected here.

Salary is great -- generally everything is great. I really like paid gym memberships, as well as onsite fitness programs. There's an emphasis on staying health. That said, I would greatly benefit from having to pay less out of pocket for my monthly family health insurance premiums.

We value each other as humans, first, and are invested in each other's happiness and productivity. That, and we're excited to be working on what we're working on. What we end up with is a healthy environment that values its people, who, in turn, champion our shared company goals.

We wear many hats, but we're always willing to shoulder any burdens or jump in, to assist each other, as well as the company's goals. I'm confident in our collective abilities to get things done, and do them well. Should there be a hiccup, we're great about communicating that early and thoroughly.
