We all work as a team and help each other as a unit. It is about a job well done, rather than credit; even though we are all happy to share congratulations when it is due.

I really enjoy the people I work with. I also like not being micromanaged. I feel that OWC trusts that its employees are qualified and as such does not feel the need to examine every inch that they are given.

The leadership team is always interested in listening to new ideas. Just because something has worked in the part, does not mean they are resistant to innovation or perhaps a better method. They as their employees questions about how to better processes and are truly engaged in the answers.
