They allow for open dialog and improvements. It does not mean they can act on everything, but at least the door is open. They're very hungry and as such the energy can be very go, go, go which can be exciting.

Co workers are all extremely nice.

When needed they can flip between hands off and hands on. Allowing you to contribute your best, or take a project a certain direction before opening it up for review. This can also lead to fully owning a project as needed. It's not a "stay in your lane" company, as there's many ways to contribute.

The team that is in place right now. I've never been of a mind that work is a place to have friends and socialize, it's about work. BUT, having a team that is supportive and positive, in an environment where you spend so many of your waking hours, is a great thing.
