The leadership team is always interested in listening to new ideas. Just because something has worked in the part, does not mean they are resistant to innovation or perhaps a better method. They as their employees questions about how to better processes and are truly engaged in the answers.
The leadership team is incredibly competent. They know and understand the business and are personally invested in the success of the business.
Every member of the leadership team has an open door. They are very approachable, easy to talk to and always available. I always walk away with a complete answer to my question/concern.
