Overall my position is entrepreneurial in that I can apply a lot of knowledge and expertise in different realms... even cross-departmental, and company wide at times. There's a high level of contribution and demands of my contributions which is great as I like helping others and pushing the brand.

Helpfulness. Camaraderie. Can-do. Details. Caring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure can be very generous which helps tremendously when you're really pushing hard for a long period of time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They allow for open dialog and improvements. It does not mean they can act on everything, but at least the door is open. They're very hungry and as such the energy can be very go, go, go which can be exciting.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishment. Not just getting something done, but making it better for the customer and being able to take the time to care and consider what can be done better to really make us shine and show the company, the products, and our expertise in the best light.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When needed they can flip between hands off and hands on. Allowing you to contribute your best, or take a project a certain direction before opening it up for review. This can also lead to fully owning a project as needed. It's not a "stay in your lane" company, as there's many ways to contribute.
