What is the best part about your compensation package?
Beside regular salary which company is always trying to make sure it is competitive for our area and there is bonus pay which as of last year is based on profit sharing

The 401k company contributions are excellent. Bonuses are fantastic here. The health benefits are amazing. All benefits we have here are unmatched.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is great example of what team means, working together and helping each other any time help is needed. A lot of employees are cross trained in different areas which is very beneficial.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could push a little harder at times. They can be very selfish and not open to discussion or suggestions about problems. They can be stubborn at times and they don't take criticism well at all.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is fast pace environment, but not to the point that is impossible to get the work done. Employees are energized and always looking forward for new challenge. A lot of employees are around for long time
