How employees describe working at Paychex
Keeping the same representative with the customer for more efficient customer service. Every two month a new customer service Rep introduces themselves. You cannot teach the same person when you call or email. Reps are either very well trained, others untrained & amswers were not correct.
Pay is horribly low for what you are expected to do
My manager was kind and made me feel that i can do well
Its a good company to work for but there are challenges
I've been there selling for 9 years and it would take a lot for me to leave.
