They're personal, in a very real way, and not a forced one. There is genuine care for the workforce and putting in the effort to retain them and keep everyone satisfied.

There is less of a heirarchy and more of a comraderie. We don't encourage harsh or entitled behavior but we respect chain of command and have open and honest lines of communication.

The flexibility for the staff is something not to be taken lightly. But our resolve in getting our tasks completed is never overlooked. It's the balance that most might find difficult to achieve.

The comfort of my home office, and the respect and understanding of those on the team, who have proven their ability to function in a similar environment. There is alot of trust in everyone.

The support and opportunities to expand ones knowledge and proficiencies are a rare occurrence. If we can promote positivity, then empowering our team members will only benefit the team as a whole. Most places likely hesitate to empower individuals, if they're too concerned with employee retention

Working in a remote environment tends to have alot of perks, but requires alot of faith and understanding from leadership. When you can trust others to complete their tasks, and you know you can be left to complete yours, it really promotes positivity and comradery in the workplace.
