This company overall is great in a lot of ways. We are on our way to being successful but without an experienced Creative Director who understands marketing to consumers we will continue to limp along. It's hard to see the need for change but not have the power to make it or to be heard.

However the flip side is a culture that is old-fashioned in a number of bad ways, including pretty rampant sexism, classism and racism.
